Welcome to the introductory session of the Compassion Based Living Course. Here you can spend some time hearing about what compassion is, and trying out some of the practices.
It's just over an hour, so find yourself a comfortable spot, with minimal distractions. A pen and paper is a good idea, so is an open mind!
This session gives you an indication of how the rest of the sessions run. If you decide to go ahead with the course, you might like to dedicate a particular time and day (e.g. Wednesday nights at 7pm) to take the course, otherwise time has a habit of slipping away!
